Objectives and Duties
· To engage in designing and building of houses, buildings, factory.
· To render consultancy services in construction supervision and contract administrations.
· To provide technically sound water well drilling and geotechnical engineering services on
projects to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and at economic cost to the Client.
· To engage in water well drilling work.
· To engage in geotechnical investigation including laboratory test results.
· To engage in geophysics study and analysis.
· To supervise the compliance of any construction works to their design.
· To engage in any other related activities necessary for the attainment of its purposes.

ABOUT EDIT PLC
- EDIT PLC was established as an engineering aid and graphic designing office with the main objective being to offer assistant in engineering designs and technical solutions for engineering consulting firms. We were a group of young professionals who are seeking to maintain our pace with today’s fast evolving engineering technology.
- EDIT PLC is now an employee-owned company established by the effort of engineers who were working together since 2000 GC. Currently the team is organized and specialized in Engineering Consulting and Construction Work, Geotechnical Investigation, Water Well Drilling, Hydrogeology, Site Investigation, Geophysics Study and Feasibility Study.
- The major asset of the team is its manpower that are professionally qualified in a wide range of engineering disciplines. The professionals are from various ethnic groups and can speak various local languages and enable the company to operate all over Ethiopia. We pride ourselves on providing responsive, value-added design build and drilling services.
- EDIT PLC works closely with clients and contractors to anticipate and react responsively to geotechnical and construction issues. We communicate with project team members in order to develop cooperative solutions to construction issues that keep projects moving forward. This company attitude, combined with the experience of our engineers, geologists and field technicians, helps projects meet budget constraints and deadlines. We strive to be involved with stakeholders and are committed to developing long-term relationships with our colleagues, clients, and coworkers. We recognize that our field technicians are the face of our company and are, in addition to our engineering experience and expertise, our most valuable asset.
- EDIT's technical department staff consists of professionals, civil engineers, architects, engineering geologists, hydrogeologists and drillers with concentrations in geotechnical, hydrogeological, geological, construction, and materials engineering. Our technical professionals follow projects through pre-construction as well as on construction phases. This engineering continuity allows us to increase our responsiveness in developing best fitted engineering recommendations. The strongest quality of our professionals is their knowledge and wide experience in the field of engineering who were engaged in almost existing construction and consultancy companies.
